Feature Request: Add notes column to manage VST plugins window & to Project

I just realized that it is possible to add groups in the VST Plugin Window and that those groups are used to organize the VSTs when adding a new instrument. This is very helpful! I, personally, would also benefit from a simple text "notes" column in the Manage VST Plugins Window. I'd like a way to leave notes to myself in a Project level text log as well.
