Is there a way to process mid or side information with Melda EQs?

Yes look at the top right where it says L+R. Click there and you can choose from many different modes.

If you want to process both at the same time, don't forget afterwards to choose what you want from the band settings. i.e. Band one changes to side from mid+side.

I am having a visual problem here, number 4 is for mid, and 5 is for side, in L+R mode I've chosen Side, but number 5 which is on "Side" mode does not shows up visually as enabled.
Take a look, is this normal?

You need to change the mode to M+S (over on the right)

Oh, I see what you mean now. Erm maybe when the mode is a single mode, like just side. The band modes don't work the sane anymore, as there are not two options to choose from, maybe it just defaults to the left? Maybe.
