Is it possible to save Zrev configs ? I see there are some presets available in u-he's online library - so there must be a way ? - thanks.

There's no patch saving functionality inside ZRev, no.
The presets you see in the Patch Library are in .fxb/.fxp format, which is the native format for VST2 plugins. You'd have to save/load them through your host, but it's not possible inside ZRev directly.
