Thank you for both downloads

You lot are going too quick for me!!

Thanks for your help though.
I'm trying to integrate this into my setup to create a variable waveform LFO (still trying to get all waveforms, like Step Up/Down, Noise/Random) with a front panel knob config to adjust between the destinations.
:-(

Ok I'm stumped! How is it that adding this to my polysynth module doesn't work until I connect the event input to it? Yet yours sounds though it has no connections?

a brilliant idea!! :o
you are the master of the randomizer module!
looking at your example I made another 8-way switch for modulation,Thank you bibz1st :D

no problem, we can help you :tu:
check the attached project, open the polysynth and you can see how it works,
Simply connect one of eight outputs(out1,out2..etc.) to whatever you want.

@ Jo: this thread is one example for of the many uses of a switch module.

Post

Switch module would be useful

Post

Thanks so much for your help. I may need further assistance if I may be so bold as to ask

I agree with Andreas, I would appreciate a switch module too. With up to 8 outputs which cycle via a button press on the front panel. Options to select how many outputs in use, knob/slider or button, display to show current destination.

If you need help please ask, there is no problem
a switch module is definitely a good thing ,indeed each new module is definitely a good thing :D

1 to Many and Many to 1 Switch modules are on the long wishlist.
In fact there should be 3 types of such modules: Audio, Event and Modulation.
So that's 6 modules in total.
I assume you guys will also want the switch parameter to be automatable.
And i assume it would be handy that for audio and moduation that there is an optional "Smooth" parameter that smoothes the transition from switch position X to Y so to avoid unwanted clicks.
All together, it will take some work.

Haha yea all the above, you're a busy man Jo, keep up the good work.

I appreciate it takes time, just hurry up! :tu:
Please...

Hey Taifunk, I got a problem with that 8sw patch! For some reason I only have sound when Pad/Switch 2 is active? I checked all connections and all parameters/modules, though I may have missed something. The monitors are active for each pad but no sound is going through. I just can't find the problem! It's probably something simple, I hope, would you mind taking a look please?
Thanks.
I've uploaded it here...

No problem, Checked :tu:

I found the problem, the oscillator amplitude modulation requires an additional offset on/off.
I describe what I've done:
go in polysynth > open the modulation mapper"OUT 2" > drag the control "offset" in the second polysynth meta-parameters (2),
when the edit mapping appear > set the minimum to 100% and the maximum to 0% and press ok.
8 Sw Example - v2 mod.zip
Now,This happens when you turn on the second pad and after you press another pad,
when the pad 2 is active the offset brings the volume to 0 and increases the modulation source to 100%,
instead the opposite happens when you turn off(by selecting another pad).

Wow that was quick! Thank you for checking. I'll take a look when I get home from work.
