I purchased MU tools on Feb 23rd via Paypal - the payment was taken on the 27th but I never received a permanent user key.
My temp key has now expired and I am back to getting 'white noise'....

HELP!!!

Has anyone else had this issue??

Your personal MuLab 7 user key has already been emailed to you on 24 feb.
Maybe the email has been sorted in your spam folder?
If so, please make sure to mark all email coming from MuTools.com as Not Spam.

I've also resent your user key just now.

I had the same problem after a windowsupdate. I just re-registered my user key. now it's working fine

After you click "Buy" you can immediately grab your Initial User Key cfr the note at the top of the shop page. Then your Personal User Key will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been manually processed, normally within 1-2 working days.

Be sure to also check your spam folder, especially if you have a Gmail account cause Google too often marks emails as spam. Make sure to mark all email coming from MuTools.com as Not Spam.

If you still did not find your user key, email me.
