We're discussing it for the next survey (or similar), but a % coupon is more complicated than a $ coupon for which we'd exclude soundsets.

Yeah, it's a bit of a "thing" for us to not do sales. Kind of the opposite of when your phone company advertises an amazing deal for all the new features to new customers, while you as a customer for many years would have to pay on top.

Sometimes we do these coupons, maybe once a year with a survey and another time in a crosspromotion with a partner company. Last year we did a Black Friday sale, not sure if we would like to repeat that (at that time it was possible to do in a way that gave more value to loyal customers)

Actually I for one do like your attitude in this regard. You already delivery an outstanding value/price ratio and superb service (which is very important for me). No need for extra coupons and stuff, which might actually kind of piss off people like me who already licensed all,your stuff. And there is always room for negotiation if you buy several things at once, I found. I particularly liked the way you went with RePro-1 for "have it all"-customers. Not much you can do better here.
