Attn TSC - Waveform videos on youtube artefacts

Just a quick note to TSC - some of the new waveform videos on youtube have weird artefacts and stuff on them, probably need to be re uploaded.

Also, the reason I am watching them all is that I can't seem to download waveform yet! It doesn't show up in my account and the T7 order I made a week or two ago isn't listed. I assume it's because I was within the grace period and you are in the middle of sorting it out. I know I should be patient but I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!

I am looking forward to getting stuck in!

For what it's worth, I'm in the same position as you i.e. purchased T7 a couple of weeks ago within the grace period but no download link for WF yet. I'm sure they'll get this sorted within the next few days so guess we'll just have to maintain our Zen-like equanimity until then!

To make matters worse, my 150Mbps Virgin broadband is currently delivering about 10 Mbps so I can't even download the trial version. At one point, Chrome reported "15 days remaining" - and then crapped out altogether. Apparently Virgin know about the issue and are sending an engineer so it should be rectified by late June if their previous efforts are anything to go by.

Furthermore the voiceover quality in the WF videos is really bad! I mean, it wasn't great in the old tutorial videos either. But this time it sounds like a really bad skype call. I don't know what exactly the issue is, but I guess they should have a halfway decent mic somewhere in the office they could plug in one of their copper reference interfaces

I thought Woody was demoing the "Crusher" bitcrusher plugin from the Essentials pack. I was really enjoying that early 80's 6bit digital vibe. : )

Yeah - I was not happy with the voice quality - problem is our office is really reverberant - so using my studio mic picked up way too much back ground noise - ended up using a noise cancelling headset to get the job done - which does end up sounding like a phone call (thats what the headset is typically used for)

Will update them when we have a little more time

Where do I find how to get the free grace period upgrade for Waveform? I upgraded to T7 on the 4th of this month and was told I would be in the grace period for Waveform, but I don't see how to do this when I login to my Tracktion account.

Hooray! My Waveform downloads are available on my account! Tip: There isn't a download for Collective because it's already included in Waveform when you install it.
