i have a new win 10 pc and when i open diva or hive and drag them around it looks stuttering and sluggish? DUNE 2 for example has no probs and other plugins.

Same here, also FL-Studio elements like the mixer stutter as well when an u-he gui is open.

We figured out what is causing this. Please try the latest build of Diva and let me know

Yeah, it's been a weird one. Kind of chicken and egg problem exclusive to this host. A thing which was supposed to make things faster has actually slowed it down in FL.
We will publish fixed versions one by one as we get to test them in depth. Diva was the start, everything else will follow throughout the year.

yes it's smoother but still:
this is really a bummer... releasing new versions which get broken and then you have to wait during the year to get (hopefully) the other plugins to work as well.... im disappointed!

Development takes time. Some things aren't simple fixes. Etc.

guess i shouldnt always jump on the new versions!

Well, I hope you understand that we are working around something that does not happen in any other host. Why doesn't it do that? I don't know, something is odd about so called update rectangles we get from the host. I just know I spent several weeks on this matter alone. It's "fixed", for lack of a better word.Caine123 wrote:yes it's smoother but still:

There are numerous reasons as to why we don't release "everything at once". We tried in the past. It doesn't work that way.

As I said... it's a matter that is resolved from our side. We sometimes send bug reports to host developers if we can pinpoint them, but in this case it's somewhat erratic. I have no idea who or what to blame it on - it's some Windows whatever thing I don't know enough about. So we fixed it with a hack - and elegant one, if I may say so. Everything else would make the process even slower, and we have to be pragmatic here.Caine123 wrote:thanks, i also reported it on IL forums, if i can help improve it let me please know. but i guess you got better contacts there
