Zebra2.5.2 crashes when saving a preset within VE Pro 5

Im fairly sure this is resolved as Zebra has seen two major upgrades since.
It's still possible to mess up installations, and as I saw you also contacted our support team, someone will guide you through this.
(our main support guy has called in sick today, but I'm sure the others will be able to reply)
