Hissing noise after trial download waveform

I'm new to traction. I downloaded trial version of waveform and there is a intermittent hissing that meters on master volume. It lasts for about 2 seconds and stats all over again after 15 seconds. Very annoying and I don't know if it's because the program is not unlocked or what.
I downloaded t5 the free version and the hissing is not there, but I downloaded t7 the trial and the hissing starts again.
This starts immediately after new project edit and in waveform it starts after demo is loaded.
This is nerve racking. Anybody have the answer to to this?

This is our authorisation protection. You should get a message to explain why and how the hissing sounds when you open Edits or switch to/from the Projects tab. It will be there until you register.
In Waveform, we have introduced an unrestricted 30-day trial (without the hissing). This means you can trial Waveform as-if you had a licence for this time. To do this, grab the trial from our website and then register with the dialog that appears when you start the app. If you then go to the "About" page from the "Help" button in the bottom left you'll see how many days you have left on the trial. When the 30-days is up, the hissing will re-appear and you'll have to purchase to get rid of it.
I hope this makes sense and you enjoy the trial of Waveform.

Alas, mine does. I'm going to try uninstalling Waveform and re-installing.dRowAudio wrote:No, it won't hiss once purchased and registered.

If you have registered Waveform but are also using unregistered versions of its addon plugins they hiss too so check if any of those are loaded.

I had the full version of Tracktion7 with the plugins. I recently upgraded to Waveform 9 (registered version 9.3.2)
When I play the demo songs I am still getting the hissing noise about every 25 seconds.
After reading this forum topic, it was noted that the plugins need to be registered also? How do I register those with the upgraded Waveform? And/or is there another issue that I may be dealing with?
Thank you very much!
