Weirdly I didnt get charged any VAT at Plugin Alliance,
might be worth checking if this normally holds you back, like me.

Usually happens based on your PayPal or credit card address.

Nope, Ive changed nothing.

Ive previosuly tried the trick of changing my country in my PA account but it didnt work as after going through Paypal and being redirected back to their shop it would detect my real country based on my Paypal account which is UK and add on VAT.

Are you on the road, I mean abroad in a non-VAT country, because their system locates your computer address.

No, Im at my home in the UK using my usual computer.
Ive previously tried changing my PA account address and using VPN to fool them and that didnt work, hence my hypothesis that they previously got my location from my registered Paypal address.

Previously Paypal would show the untaxed amount but once I was redirected back to the PA website to finalise the purchase VAT was always added.

Today I bought a $19 plugin with a $10 discount and final price was $9.

Is there some legal loophole whereby there is a low trigger point such that you don't need to be charged VAT? I'm just guessing, I really have no idea.
