Not sure with the trial, I've purchased it so it's just in 'My Dowloadable Products'.aMUSEd wrote:OK but where is it? (for people who haven't bought it yet)

I ended up buying it anyway (now the most important bugs are fixed) so it's in my account now

I think it's in your downloadable products only if you have purchased it.
Otherwise you have to download the trial version (3.1 Go).

Today I downloaded and installed the newest update, the 64 bit PC bundle. Is it normal to have to unlock everything again? I loaded in an edit and got the hissing until I unlocked every single plug in that I was using in the edit. Is that normal? I didn't have a lot of time to work with it and will do so again tomorrow but I just want to know if thats normal. I don't recall other updates doing that.

Didn't see that here with the PC 64 bit version: I'm guessing that's not normal.

Have you updated Windows recently? That changes some folders which Waveform and the plugins use to create the unique ID.
The other thing is that we noticed Collective was getting unlocked when switching between 32 and 64 bit versions. We've fixed that now in 1.0.3 but as a result it will become unlocked. Registering again should keep it permanently unlocked even when changing architectures.
Other plugins of ours shouldn't be affected though.

I had this on win7x64 and had it go back to unregistered with both the 8.0.24 (beta) and 8.0.25 updates - no windows updates between the initial install and unlock of 8.0.23 - I think you guys need to revisit what folders you're using to generate your unique machine fingerprint, I think they're not as unchanging as you think!dRowAudio wrote:Have you updated Windows recently? I presume there's no limit on the number of reactivations we get? At the moment it's merely an inconvenience (just enter email/marketplace password and unlock again) - but if there's a finite number of reactivations and I'm burning thru one per minor update that's not cool

Might make sense to add any new information to that thread.

Anyone else occasionally losing your mouse's ability to click on elements? I'm able to move the mouse around, but nothing happens with either a left or right click. It seems to be happening randomly to me, sometimes after five minutes in Waveform, sometimes after a couple hours. I can click on the x to close Waveform, but nothing inside the program itself. (The mouse works perfectly in Windows 10 and any other program while it's 'inactive' in Waveform.)
I'm using a Kensington Orbit USB, and updated the drivers just in case without effect. (Though obviously this is a Waveform specific thing as it has never acted like this in any other program).
