How to delete custom wavetables in SM One? (and minor bugs/issues)

edit: The issue seems to have been fixed by deleting SynthmasterUserWaveforms.xml in the public documents folder. It had to be only the xml file; deleting the entire contents of the synthmasteronetemp folder did not fix the problem. The other two minor issues still hold, however:

A minor bug I posted in the main SM One thread but I'm not sure anyone saw it: When both filters are turned off, the volume knob for filter 1 controls the output level of oscillator 1.

And finally, the output level meter flickers like crazy in FL Studio 64 bit 12.4.2 (on Win 10). Not a huge deal as I can still sort of see what's going on and the meter isn't a must-have feature for me anyway, but it is a minor annoyance and I was wondering if you had anything I could try to make it stop.

Hi,

Something went wrong and my wavetable list looks like this, with a bunch of wavetables that are all in the same folder having their own weird-looking entry in the list:
wavetables.jpg
It seems like the plugin should sync with the SM One Waveforms folder in My Documents, but I guess it doesn't as deleting the wavetables from there does nothing to reset the list. How do I get rid of these messed-up entries?
