Try running mulab as Administrator

I tried the 32 bit version of Transpire and it crashes inside the VST plugin, also as administrator. Best to contact the VST dev about these issues, i cannot look inside a VST.

I did not study the processing algo of that VST, so i can't answer the question myself. (I'm working on new versions and other things)
