Reaktor automation in Tracktion --- please help

Can someone explain how I find which number of 001 to 1000 of the automatin parameters belongs to with controll of a synth or effect?

e.g. if I take janatik and want to automate the output volume, how do I find the corresponding number (001-1000) for the tracktion controll to automate?

you could try turning on automation recording in T, then twiddle the control you want to automate in R.. then you'll be able to see which parameter you've been twiddling if you look through the track's automation curves.. far from ideal though
