Hi, I don't know which forum section should I choose, so I hope do not make mess...
Yesterday I decide to buy user key to MuLab (yeah, you are the best ;D). The problem is I still have 6 version, and now I see the key does not work... Is there way to stay with 6 and get some working key instead? Of course I can download 7, but with the all new keyboard shortcuts and instruments renaming, what I did, I don't know if it's worth...

MuLab 6 is an outdated legacy version and is not supported anymore. Your MuLab 7 user key only works for MuLab 7. MuLab 7 is much better than MuLab 6 so i recommend to start using MuLab 7. I've purchased Mulab Mutools 7 two days ago and i'm still waiting on my USERKEY.
I have my receipt purchase proof "i didn't get a Initial key because I'm shopping and browsing from my smart phone" and also, i'm trying to figure out what is the hold up if y "your website says 1-2 days" to recieve a USERKEY. I don't recieve junk mail, everything is all automatically inbox incoming email for years if it's Digital downloading to recieve a license key upon purchase "and Yes I've provided the correct email along with my receipt purchase as proof of that!".... What's the hold up?

It has nothing to do with the device, if you click/tap "Return to MuTools.com" on the PayPal confirmation page, you can immediately grab your initial user key on that page, cfr the info at the top of the shop page.I have my receipt purchase proof "i didn't get a Initial key because I'm shopping and browsing from my smart phone"
Cfr the info at the top of the shop page: Purchases are processed manually that's why it says 1-2 working days, though i'm quite sure your personal user key has already been sent out. Anyway, the initial user key ensure you can start making music immediately, if you follow the info at the top of the shop page.and also, i'm trying to figure out what is the hold up if y "your website says 1-2 days" to recieve a USERKEY.
If you still can't find your personal user key in your inbox/spam folder then pls email me and we'll sort it out. Thx.
