Group autoalign instances for A/B comparison?

Is there a way of grouping the instances so I can quickly compare different aligns? Depending on the moment captured, there can be more bias, say, on the kick drum or the snare drum. Right now, I'd have to go through and change trough the letter groups on every instance of auto align to A/B different captures, is there a way of linking them so they all change (A changed to B on kick changes on snare, tom, overheads, etc) when one changes?
