Is it possible to decide wich track is shifted in MAutoalign.
I try to find a way to use this in audio post where you have a lot of moving microphones. It would be convenient to define one track as "locked" so that only the other track can get the applied delay.

I'm afraid not as it is physically impossible. Those mikes who receive the sound the first will get delayed the most. No way around physics 
. I think it will be quite a nightmare to use it with moving microphones. Hard so say how to make a solution for that.
