As someone who doesn't own Repro-1, I am wondering if it will be advantageous to buy Repro-1 ahead of the Repro-5 release?
If Repro-1 + upgrade price turns out to the same (or less!) than the Repro-5 intro price, it means I will get to enjoy using Repro-1 for the next couple of months while waiting for Repro-5, at no financial disadvantage.

I must imagine it will be less. I think the current plan is free upgrade, but even if I am wrong, no way will u-he with their excellent customer service penalize their early purchasers and consider that we will be very very very happy

Sounds good to me. I don't want to miss out on being "very very very happy", that's for sure!

You will be very very very happy if you buy Repro-1 now and start playing with it!

Alright guys you're piquing my interest. I bought Diva a couple of months ago and I'm very happy with it.
Is it really worth getting Repro 1/5 too?

Yes, it's raised the bar, especially on audio-rate modulations which are not quite Diva's forte.

I wonder if it would be better to buy Repro 1 now and then pay for the upgrade to Repro 5 or just wait and buy the Repro 1 / 5 bundle ?

No one can speak for Urs, but based on his comments on the matter, I think RePro-1 users will get the better deal. I'd definitely buy it now if I didn't already own it.EvilDragon wrote:It'll probably be better, yes. Probably.

Based on previous experience only and absolutely no special knowledge, I think that it's fair to say that the likelihood of it being worse is very very very close to zero.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote:No one can speak for Urs, but based on his comments on the matter, I think RePro-1 users will get the better deal. I get some lovely tones with audio-rate modulation in Diva... but it is for sure more sweet spot specific.

Diva has amazing audio-rate modulation. But if you can't program it sell it please to someone who can.EvilDragon wrote:Yes, it's raised the bar, especially on audio-rate modulations which are not quite Diva's forte.

Wait, are you allowed to be critical of Diva? Last time I was, Urs and his minions attacked. Be careful.EvilDragon wrote:Yes, it's raised the bar, especially on audio-rate modulations which are not quite Diva's forte.
