They already announced which ones will be on sale - Ultrarverb, T-verb, Blackhole and Stereo Room 2016. Just not the prices.Uncle E wrote:I don't know how much Eventide has said or how much they want me to say about this sale but Ultrareverb is only 1/4 of Eventide Reverb Month.dzilizzi wrote:And? If you only buy one? Get Blackhole. That one is so different from all the others.

This month's plugin collective offer is Positive Grid's BIAS Amp LE (not to confuse with BIAS FX Le from last november)

Ahh, I see, thanks for that detail. I wasn't going to bother, I suppose I will now.krabbencutter wrote:This month's plugin collective offer is Positive Grid's BIAS Amp LE (not to confuse with BIAS FX Le from last november)

Well I have stereo room already but would you recommend ultra reverb over valhalla, which I have none? Although I am really poor at using reverb I can never get it to sound good. Btw what's the deal with the focusrite plugin collective. Do you only get the free plugins on the month you register your hardware product? Or once you register some hardware do you keep getting plugins each month? Thanks

The upcoming items are on their website, price to be announced so you don't have to hide anything.Uncle E wrote:I don't know how much Eventide has said or how much they want me to say about this sale but Ultrareverb is only 1/4 of Eventide Reverb Month.dzilizzi wrote:And? I'd go Valhalla VintageVerb if I were you. Many different verb families and still being expanded as we speak. Somewhat easier than UltraReverb with on-screen preset descriptions.systmu wrote:Well I have stereo room already but would you recommend ultra reverb over valhalla, which I have none?

I don't have any Valhalla verbs yet, but they are on my list. Someday. I always hear Valhalla Rooms mentioned with QL Spaces and Altiverb. Much as I would like Altiverb, it is out of my range. Does Valhalla ever do sales?Fleer wrote:I'd go Valhalla VintageVerb if I were you. Many different verb families and still being expanded as we speak. Thank you, JRRshop, for making a good deal from Eventide a little better. If something similar happens when Eventide offers another special next week, I will be back to further wreck my budget.

No sales, prices fixed at $50. You can find slightly lower prices in the sales threads.dzilizzi wrote:I don't have any Valhalla verbs yet, but they are on my list. Someday. So no reason to buy until I um need it. So like never. Pretty sad.
Is it strange that the GUI always kind of stops me? It looks like it is drawn by a kid. Yeah, I'm weird like that.

Maybe try the free Valhalla FreqEcho first to get a feel.dzilizzi wrote:So no reason to buy until I um need it. So like never. Pretty sad.

Yeah, that's, unfortunately, how it is. I don't like their U/Is that much either, they're ok, I've seen worse. I keep meaning to pick up Shimmer, but, since it's never on sale, it's always on the back burner. It doesn't help that I don't really like the "shimmer" effect as I think that it's kind of cliche.dzilizzi wrote:So no reason to buy until I um need it. So like never. Pretty sad.

I should probably give it a more serious demo though. Maybe I will this month, no promises, LOL!
Then, so many other reverbs have just happened, e.g., all of the Eventide reverbs, R2 for free, Reverberate 2 on sale, and more than a few others, I just haven't picked it up.
