Hi Support

You have a new website and a way of logging in now. I used my email to get a new password and I get a message saying it doesn't exist or similar. Also when using the support section on the site I get an error !!!!

"SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'october.SB_Support' doesn't exist (SQL: insert into `SB_Support` (`email`, `message`, `date`) values

Surely we don't have to register our products again ?

I have the same problem, many plugs on two different accounts, neither works and the support form crashes.
just wanted to check out the new egoist update...

Ha same here, how long has the new site been up ? I sent them an email too , will post back with any info.

Just got this from Nadine, works great now much better system

Note that (for our already existing customers) there are two ways to login to your account.
The best way is to click the "Forgot Password" Link and to create a user area password.
When doing this please take care which email address you use for registration.

Working for me now, use the password reset with your registered email address

For all users who used our "reset password" link in our login area and did not get any email:
Please first check your spam folder. Make also sure that you use your email address you registered your products with. If it's really not there, please write a short email to support@sugar-bytes.de. We'll get back to you asap (a few hours maximum). Usually it’s mail accounts at hotmail.com having this problem. Sometimes our automated mails get stopped before they even reach the inbox or spamfolder. We contacted them several times about this, unfortunately to no avail yet.

I had to use one of my serials. That worked. In the user area I then was able to change to "normal" password.
