Teacue, I will begin to gather feature requests and learn more about the various frameworks and tools such as ISF. As long as PrettyScope is generating interest and sales I will continue to add features. I'd like to work closely with users on current and future products.

try installing: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=48145
Working on fixing this issue so you don't need to install that. Would be good to know if that solves your issue.
Also, there may be a log file created next to the plugin. You can open it with a text editor. I could take a look at that as well.

I thought this was going to originally include some kind of 'chaotic' synth engine, I take it this isn't the case ?
Can I suggest implementing Syphon (Mac) and Spout (Win) support so that the output could be be shared with compatible program's on Windows and Mac.

I am really happy to see this in vst form. I have been wanting a visualizer like this for some time and have been using workaround to achieve similar results but it is a kludge.

I need a place to start a public list of requests for platforms and frameworks. I will have to add syphon/spout to that list. Yeah, that would be awesome. I have some questions for those who work with video if you would like to discuss in real time on Discord: https://discord.gg/cxj4m2p
About something to use PrettyScope with: I think it would be better to release something separate from PrettyScope. It would be cool to offer PrettyScope users an additional chaos generator. The PrettyScope interface is kinda out of room to add a sound generator. Actually, I would quite appreciate some suggestions for what to do with the interface. The interface is out of room and I still want to add more features! I really want to add the whole "apply a gradient along the length of a line" thing. It looks very pretty. The only reason that feature isn't in there is because I don't know how to get it in the interface.
Edit: Oh, actually the main reason I'm not adding a chaos generator to PrettyScope is because I want to add LFOs / modulation, you could use that to generate a signal within and out of PrettyScope just by doing "stupid" things with LFOs.
(i think... if we made everything audio rate, need to think about that).
Edit: I got a suggestion for doing tabs and a scrollbar (for when the gui is too small to fit the sliders). There also needs to be a way to show/hide to gui.

Thank goodness this is released so I can go buy a copy. I couldn't be bothered with all the silly rules and restrictions and conditions which went along with the beta program and the contest. Please just take my $20 and be done with it... I don't have time for all the games!
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

My graphics programmer has informed me that Mac build is making good progress. I would love to have a mac build for tomorrow, we'll see.
In other news: Spiral Generator, FREE Toy synthesizer, coming soon. This will definitely be PC/Mac/Linux on release!!!

The spiral generator is great news. I love the idea of synths made to draw oscilloscope pictures, especially now that Prettyscope is out. A synth that lets you render simple 2d drawings (like stick figures) in real-time would be very useful. I've tried OsciStudio 3d which is much more complex than what I need to do.

The more I think about it the more I want to create my own design of the spiral generator. The one I will be releasing will be more of a toy, and I'm realizing that Jerobeam designed this specifically for oscilloscope music rather than "perfectly-tuned musicality". What I mean is that it goes out of tune when you turn up the "Z_Amount", which btw creates the most awesome sound, but i then becomes "unplayable". It will make for some awesome FX though. I can imagine a design that is better for music and just as awesome sounding. Actually, this starts to get into hardcore fractal synthesis. Man, I guess Soundemote will be going in that direction. Well, Soundemote's foundation will be Chaos. But I can imagine combining chaos synthesis and fractal synthesis (well, that's what the spiral generator does now with the Z_Amount). holy s*** this year is going to be good.

PrettyScope is not just pretty. It's a great tool for demonstrating waveforms.

done (ignore the extra controls, I am using an old build by mistake and those either don't work or don't do anything lol)
