As a satisfied customer I can say that this is one of the very best female vocal plugins for Kontakt, and has been excellent from the first beta version. Ethera 2.0 works best for cinematic or video game background music but can also be used with just about any music genre. There are a lot of oohs, aahs, pads, phrases, and so on, with excellent FX. Or turn off the FX and use Melodyne or something similar to make the phrases fit your melody. You get plenty of soul phrases, too, but the full Soul Edition not only has lots more but can also be used in many genres. Best of all, the singer Clara Sorace has a fantastic voice. Disclaimer: I'm a customer and have no other relation with Zero-G or the creators of Ethera, but wanted to say that it's my all-time favourite vocal plugin.

Blackhole breaks the rules of earth-bound constraints by allowing you to create virtual spaces that could never exist in reality (at least the one we inhabit). At large sizes, its soft attack and lingering, harmonic tails allows it to really shine on guitars, strings and pads. At small sizes those very same qualities can add an angelic sheen to vocals or turn a simple drum track into an otherworldy rhythm section.
