Difference between MFilter and MEqualizer?

Can anyone enlighten me? The descriptions and feature lists on the Melda website are a bit spartan. Looks to me that Mequalizer is Mfilter without modulation capabilities. Is that the only difference?

MFilter has a sidechain input (for the Modulator detectors), parallel or serial processing, Easy mode and loads of presets. it v11 it will also get another 60 automatable Multiparemeters,
