When saving a rack as a preset - so that midi mappings can be saved, is there any way to have that preset rack loaded by default when a new track is added?
I need to do this as I can not work out a way to get the channel strips midi mapped to a rack and then use that mapping in all racks.
I am trying to map a Novation Launchpad XL to Mulab, if anyone has done this before then feel free to comment.
Also I have found that the 'Focus next/previous Rack' shortcut does not seem to give the selected rack full focus unless you click on it with your mouse has anyone else found this to be the case?
Any help much appreciated.

Thanks, great news about the added feature, it is the last part of the puzzle in getting my midi controllers working.
As for the focus issue, I have mapped the 'focus next rack' to a button on a midi controller. I can use this button and the rack seems to get the focus, in that its colour is selected and highlighted. However, if I then use a solo button it fails to solo the track until I mouse click on the track and press the same button again. I hope that makes more sense.

Sorry extra detail - the solo button referred to is again on a midi controller.

+1 for the rack preset that loads by default.garrysaddington wrote:

When I drag/drop a wav file and choose either "pitched sample" or "sliced sample" it would be God-sent to have a user default MuSampla/MuSampler rack loaded.
