Well, I guess I'm still in the stone age- Running T3 on Windows XP. I have a license for T6 and a refurb
ThinkPad with Windows 10 on it.
The question: How do archived T3 projects behave if I import them into T6? Do they set up properly assuming that I have all the right plugins etc installed?
I am reluctant to jump from my solid T3 system, but would love to use all the new features of T6 and eventually Waveform.

I went from T2 to T4 to T6 to T8. I have always been able to open my old projects in later versions of Tracktion.

You can have different versions installed. The only thing is that in some versions, once a project has been opened with that version, you can't open it in older versions.
