BR: Keyboard shortcuts are not saved until exit.

As far as I can tell, if you change the keyboard shortcuts they don't get saved immediately. They are only saved if the application exits cleanly.

If I change the keyboard shortcuts, it's because I'm about to edit or am already editing. I wouldn't quit the program just because I've changed the keys, I'd change them and go straight back to editing. This means that if it crashes, you lose all of the settings. That could be half an hour wasted setting everything just right.
