Midi Output from Pitch detection possible?

I'm just digging deeper into Melda again. I'm still (after many months) feeling a bit ashamed, to think every few weeks, that now I really understood how great this awsome package is...
I actually have a 'big' setup for doing live saxophone, flute & guitar to a HipHop DJ, including a TC Voicelive 3 in a send etc.... and now I see that MUnison can do great hamonics (I somehow did get it wrong before), so it seems I have everything I need in Melda. Just built a (maximum basic) Synth that responds to pitch from flute or saxophone and it works REALLY EXTREMELY WELL!
All I'd need is to have a MIDI output, because i'd like to control some VST synths with it...
Is that possible? I have jamorigin Midiguitar too, which works great, but doing it all with Melda would be fantastic. I sometimes just like the speed of monophonic pitch recognition...

Thank you!
Now, MTuner does that actually, not superawesomewell, but it works
. You can build a synth using MOscillator too. Personally I fear the big problem here - latency. Essentially one cannot produce MIDI notes until you know the fundamental frequency AND velocity. And that's quite a problem. The physics here are just against us - just to detect say 50Hz you need at least 20ms, which is already above what most people would tolerate. And that's the best case, it will mostly be more, ideally at least 2x to be sure and detect velocity properly... it's problematic...

Hey, it works well!!! In Mxxx it was easy to build an envelope follower to control volume AFTER the synth. That's worth experimenting, THANK YOU once again!!!
B.t.w. Flute goes down to 260Hz, so no deep & complicated bass involved... but NOW my flute can play bass

Hey, that is super useful! Thanks but
How do I record the midi notes from MTuner in Reaper DAW?
I set the output from Mtuner channel to send midi data to another channel, but when I hit record to record the midi output from Mtuner, it does not record something... Even if I put record "force format Midi " etc
Any help here would be appreciated much!
