I have purchased a user key and payed by Paypal.
Where do I find the Initial user key which Is 'available to use immediately.'

The initial user key is available by clicking "return to mutools.com" on the order confirmation page, cfr the info at the top of the shop page. Didn't you click that link? Your personal user key will be emailed soon. (indeed also check spam folder, especially if you're using gmail)
