Great advice and I do agree that UVI support is excellent and generally very helpful. In this particular case, I'll probably let it go though.

Yeah I got the same, I've ordered from PluginDiscounts many times and they are usually fairly fast, on par with other resellers (roughly a few hours to a day?). The email did say 'Order complete' though so I sent them an email anyway just to make sure theres no error or anything.

Same latency at Audiodeluxe. I guess they have tons of E-Channel orders now so it takes a time to process them one by one. however 11 years old plugin and still top notch

But paypal says

Quick question. I bought it as well, but only received the bonus presets in the email from PluginDiscounts. Does it take awhile from them to receive the plugin itself? First time in the Waves world for me, and first time ordering from PluginDiscounts.

Yes, sorry for the confusion - We had been hosting the free preset files on our site and it caused some confusion with our system... it would say "your download is ready", but it meant the preset files were ready (the codes are sent via email). We have since stopped hosting the free presets to avoid confusion.

Also - We are basically caught up at this point, sending out the last few codes now.

Do JRR Shop not answer questions on Twitter only on Fanbridge ?

I am interested to know why I can't buy Komplete Update as a downloadable product via JRR Shop?

I only get listed possiblity to ship it by snailmail when I put in my basket. But as NI themselves sell it as a download, why can't third party sellers do the same?

There was some discussion on this earlier this month while you were gone. I guess NI doesn't allow the 3rd party vendors to sell the download versions.

For me, the tax is actually more than the discount.
I understand the hard drive only for the full version, but the update is only the products you missed.
