I've tried reverberate which is better than both Space Designer and Trash, but Audiothing Fog Convolver looks interesting, too. Are there any hidden gems that don't get any attention? I'll add them to my demo list.
All-purpose convolver?

Hi there. I've never really been much into convolution plugins, especially for reverb. I've used Space Designer and the convolver in iZotope Trash for various sound design experiments, but nothing more involved. I noticed strange behavior in Trash when trying to load longer impulses. Not sure if that's a limitation of Trash or a bug. Anyway, does anybody have an all-purpose convolver they use that has good results from both standard (long) room impulses as well as good speaker cabinet impulse convolution and non-conventional effects? Space Designer sounds okay for rooms, but when using cabinet impulses...it sounds very thin regardless of settings.

Thanks.

I'm on the same boat, looking for a convenient convolver with a browser, to replace Voxengo Pristine Space, which is 32 bit and only has a substitute of a browser. Overloud Rematrix look nice on paper, but it's well out of my budget, so I haven't even demoed it. There's Native Instruments one, Reflektor, I like convolver in Kontakt, but Reflektor seems to have no browser and requires Guitar Rig to run in, so it was another pass for me. If you can cope with the interface (both graphically and logically), then Melda Multiband Convolution is interesting option, I though I could work with it... but I can't, so I will probably end selling it. So far, I like Reverberate Core, the interface, however, is painfully small (but at least fully logical). I would be interested to hear about alternatives, maybe I missed something.
