T6: is there a way to print report of incompatible plugins?

I have made a stupid error that I think is killing my use of some SE plugins; I made my default plugin folders for plugin installs as sub folders in programs and programs x86 folders.

I realized this recently when trying to use the excellent new Krakli Yamaha CS80 plugin, Arminator. Installs fine, but when I tried to use it, it was attempting to place some .sem files into the plugin's folder, which in my Win8 installation, is a folder that needs admin rights to modify it-->.sem files couldn't be installed, and Arminator wouldn't run.

When I moved the install folder outside of either programs directory, no issues with running the plugin.

I've seen similar issues before with some of my older go-to plugins on my T6 install, compared to older versions of T, and I just assumed it was incompatibility.

Now I think its my poor choice of install folder.

I'm wondering two things:
1. How can I print off the list of incompatible .dll after a full scan, if that is even possible?
2. Is there any way to know if a plugin, SE type or not, needs to write some .sem files when running the plugin, other than inserting as a filter?
