It's not. Can't authorize it since there is no file written to do so. If these developers want money for their products they need to do a much better job of writing their installers and making it easier for authorization.Uncle E wrote:That one is quite nice.Numanoid wrote:Analog In The Box W735 EQ (€25)
The only efficient thing they have done is get my address for their newsletter. I guess I'll remove that and this plugin.

I guess its still using an ancient version of the Akustika Audio engine.
Its still at the same version as when I bought it in 2012.

I have tried for a few months now to cancel my trackspark sub... I've been unsuccessful. Any tips?

Hi,
If you used PayPal, it would show up in your account under recurring charges. It can be cancelled from there.

Sorry, it's under "pre-approved payments". Sign in and click the cog in the upper right for account settings, then the "Payments" tab. Click on "Manage pre-approved payments" and select the last TrackSpark payment...there is a cancel button there. This worked for me when I cancelled my initial subscription.dusted william wrote:I'm pretty sure this is how I've tried a few times already.. I'll give it a go.Photo_G wrote:Hi,

Thanks! That helps me skip this offer (finally one I don´t immediately jump on, yayy)Gamma-UT wrote:Doug did a lovely job on the OMI samples. However, if you have an extensive sample collection already, you may not get that much value out of it. The libraries are weighted towards world instruments that are nice for a retro 80s/90s feel but I wouldn't say they are essential – I have the new UVI world library, for example.epiphaneia wrote:...Does one of you gals and guys own one or both of the Q-Up Arts Master Studio Collections (I´m not interested in California Keys)? Are they special enough to add something useful to a rather extensive sample collection, or would that just be a bunch of "more of the same"?

Today ONLY, an Independence Day sale:
4 massive waves plugin sales at AudioDeluxe:
https://www.audiodeluxe.com/search/site ... term%3A329
I just picked up this AMAZING deal:
Waves Kramer Master Tape $29 (instead of 249)
Waves REDD $29 (instead of 249)
Coupon: SUMMER2017 -$8.22
Subtotal $49.78
Coupon CK901 -$3.98
Order total $45.80!!!
For those who need a rundown:
Kramer Master Tape is a perfect emulation of an old 60's Ampex tape machine (Bob Olhsson listened to A/B comparisons of the machine and plugin and could not hear any difference between them). It is VERY colored and you don't want much of it, but it is PERFECT for coloring your drum bus. It can also do awesome tape delay/slapback effects. It is way too heavy-handed for the master bus unless you are making 60's throwback music. You'd want a more modern, neutral tape machine like Slate VTM for the master duties. The Waves KMT is a color-box.
REDD is a very basic console (one of the first stereo consoles in the world), but it's got a nice color and you can enjoy the "smile EQ" (bass lift and high lift) it provides for some quick adjustments. Its drive sound definitely brings to mind the saturated guitar sounds of The Beatles, which was recorded on this. Definitely worth the $22.90 I paid at AudioDeluxe. I can imagine it getting quite a lot of use as a "clariphonic-ish" "smooth air lift" effect and as an overdrive. These are tube-consoles, whereas the Waves Abbey Road TG is their solid state console followup. So for 60's vibe, you definitely want the REDD.
Enjoy!

REDD is a must-have. I personally am not a fan of the MPX but it's certainly one of Waves' most popular plugins.

Plugin Alliance have another sale and for the first time I got a $50 voucher, I suspect possibly due the VAT happenings.

I doubt that's the reason - or have you paid your after-VATs already?VariKusBrainZ wrote:Plugin Alliance have another sale and for the first time I got a $50 voucher, I suspect possibly due the VAT happenings.

Maybe I finally went into the next discount bracket.
Do the free stuff also count as purchases?
I got a $25 discount in May which I used to get yellowdriver and greeenscreamer for free so havent spent any money with them since April when I got PEX-500 for $9!

The voucher is based on the literal value of the plugins in your account, not what you paid for them.
I have gradually gotten bigger vouchers as I bought more and more plugins. First $25, then $35, now $50.
That's great to hear! What are your feelings about the followup console, Waves EMI TG12345? I noticed that one is on sale too, for $69 so it's less of a no-brainer.Uncle E wrote:REDD is a must-have. I personally am not a fan of the MPX but it's certainly one of Waves' most popular plugins.
I noticed REDD has like 15 pro engineer endorsements. TG12345 has one.
