Can anyone find out if July is still the planned release?

Edit: looks like it will be out soon! On this friday, Dirk is flying to NYC to demo the bx_console E. After this weekend, they will prepare the launch which will take "a few more days". Now I know what my $50 voucher is going to!

I read that the demo for the new console was going to be available later this month, but the actual release for sale date may be August.
I've got a rather large voucher to use, so would be cool if it's before the end of this month, but I also own the current bx_console, so should hopefully get a discounted offer to add the other console models when they are available.

Where have you read that the demo would be out end-of-month but actual sale in august?

The info I quoted was posted by Dirk 4 days ago, where he gave the schedule I described above.

And in a prior post he wrote:
- They will release E and G as separate plugins.
- There will be a crossgrade price from N (the current VXS).
- There will also be an intro offer.
- They will release E, then updated N, then Finally G a bit later.

Perhaps you've confused E and G? G will probably happen in august.

PS: I don't like that E and G are separate but they blamed it on saving 30% CPU by having separate plugins. I hope they at least make it super cheap to buy G later when we already own E.

"In July, the customer loyalty vouchers will be a bit fatter than usual so keep your eye out for that! On July 24th we have a special preview of bx_console E planned where you’ll be able to download it and activate a trial. The plugin’s full release is planned for the first week in August, and yes, there will be a great intro promo!"

If the dates have come forward, I'll be more than happy

I don't mind the sample packs posts either. Sometimes I buy them too. The frequency never seemed to bother me either. I think a bad habit though is when someone posts something and than someone else posts and has to out do it when we are talking about pennies "well its at this site for this price" and then the original posts again saying yeah it's cheaper with this coupon, then the second person posts yeah we take that coupon too so its cheaper even still I've seen this several times recently just clogging up the forum.

Hmm, that sucks. On the 1st of July, Dirk gave this schedule (in the GS thread):

- Friday July 7th: Travel to NYC to showcase the SSL E.
- Weekend 8th and 9th: Relax.
- After the weekend (10th and onwards): Prepare the release, "which takes a few more days".

Now you say the CEO gave this schedule on the 3rd of July:

- July 24th: Downloadable preview/trial of bx_console E.
- First week of August: Release bx_console E, with a "great intro promo".

They need to learn communication. This is horrible. Dirk says one thing and Matt says another. Is anyone here able to reach out to them for clarification?

The new NI transfer process is excellent, but one important thing I learnt for future reference.

If you plan to transfer several licenses at once (not to the same customer, but several customers), you need to put in a separate request for each license, otherwise they will all be tied to the same transfer ID and can only be passed on to one new customer.

I wish those dudes would update their plugins to be 64bit and not use crappy synthedit or whatever it is. I have demod the plugins and to be honest, they're pretty good. But I have expunged all 32bit plugins from my system so this is a no from me.

I think 32 bit plugs aren't selling like hot cakes these days as Nebula Space Reverb too is up for a quid now
