We send you a separate new Elements license for each product (3 licenses total) so you may be able to just sell the new licenses.

Damn, the Patron Saint of Bargains must be with me today!

Following on from my 7th Heaven purchase mentioned above
(cheaper than the combined intro + Reverberate2 owners discount back in April)

Just got Black Rooster Blackface at Thomann for Eur43, normal price Eur95 direct from BR

I then went to Black Rooster website to checkout the new Magnetite, added it to the cart and Blueface was in there too marked as free

Im going to sacrafice something tonight, maybe put my Crysonic plugins on CD and burn them

...and I received the official answer from iZotope:
1.) Neither of your products are actually replaced by the crossgrade — you simply need to prove ownership of one of these products. In this way, it doesn’t matter which item you use to qualify yourself for the crossgrade.

2.) Nectar Elements is a qualifier for the crossgrade.

Yeah, that's probably what I'll do TBH, I'm not as interested in this as perhaps I ought to be. I'm kind of in a new plugin winter at the moment.
