Q Multiparameter "Spacer" Editor mode?

Spacer is a helper mode for active preset design, which doesn't display anything and only keeps empty space.

What does this mode do? I cannot see any change when I select it. Has anyone found / got an example of its use?

What I want to do is leave a (small) space between two knobs (or meters) on an Easy screen. Has anyone any ideas?

It works exactly as you described. Is it not working for you?
Works here OK. Just use a spacer between 2 MPs and make sure they are in same row.

But I cannot get 2 horizontal Meters to be on the same row - is that possible? (FR?)

No, you cannot have multiple meters on the same row, and sorry, that's quite too much. The meter multiparameters are really like an utility only, I really don't want to spend any more development with that, it's too rarely useful.
