Hi,
how can I play the pattern that I create in Thesys on my keyboard? I mean in a musical way with the chords I want like D7, Asus4..
There is no way to disable the pattern/action/pitch sections of the onscreen keyboard of the software?
How to play chords in Thesys?!

please consider Thesys as MIDI generating unit. Since Thesys basically generates a monophonic sequence with chords on top and just outputs MIDI notes, CC values and MIDI clock signals and due to the classical stepsequencer architecture there is no direct way to play the synth. What you can do with incoming MIDI is to start/stop the sequencer of Thesys, trigger/switch patterns, transpose them and to activate some special action functions only. The action section, pattern and pitch keys will always respond to the MIDI notes which correspond to those in Thesys. So unfortunately there is no way to deactivate it but we may think about it and may come up with a workaround in one of our big major updates.
