Yes, this was just 'broken', will be fixed in the next beta.

As for not losing your changes when using the pattern generator, this gets very complex to program, trying to figure out what changes the user has made, create the new notes while keeping only the changed old ones.

It's on my list of things to think about, but I don't have a good solution yet.

Any chance of randomise, note velocities added to the modify notes button.
On the midi event tab, in a future update?
thanks

I'm not sure if its possible somehow, but i was searching for that without luck..

it would be nice to see the notes which a part of a specific scale in the Midi-Editor kind of in a light green or so..just that..just so see these mostly 7 (or with the 8) 8 notes on the piano roll in a light green.. lol

Any forecast when this will be fixed:
I think this is just broken tbh.

If you set the global key to D minor, and get it to generate chords, with i V iV, it will choose Dminor, Aminor and Gminor, which is right. But tell it to use all the notes in the scale, in the melody tool, in pattern generator, and it comes up with D D# F G G# A# C D, which is just nonsense. The D minor scale is D E F G A Bb C

So I think that just needs fixed. If you choose all the notes in the scale, then the notes for the relative chords in the scale will be right too, that's how it works.

So i think this is a bug that the devs need to fix.
Its really  that it IS there but....

I know that this request is completely superficial, but can we PLEASE get an option to change the color for plugin racks? I'm over the purple. If not, I'll survive, but my sanity is wavering from building some brutal racks and having them look like Barney the dinosaur! LOL

Can you update the virtual MIDI keyboard. It becomes a little annoying to click it every time to activate the focus. You can add a lock key that will lock the focus on the virtual keyboard. Also, the feature to change the octave of the virtual keyboard if possible. I use the MIDI modifier to do that. But still, if possible, please add this feature too. These will be really convenient to do sound designing.

Surely there must be consensus by now...

Something that has just occurred to me:

Would it be possible to add Properties to every right-click menu?

For those that operate with the lower panels minimised, the little spanner to get at the properties of the currently highlighted object isn't far away, but adding it to the right-click menu would bring it closer. I may have missed this too, but a right-click keyboard shortcut in addition would allow those that don't seem to like their mouse to get to the properties in a couple of clicks or a couple of keyboard movements.

FR: I think it would be appropriate to stop running plugins on tracks that are muted and disabled.

Post

...also if you freeze and disable a track maybe its plugins should stop running?

It would be cool if in video sync, we could hear the audio of that video too

I have one that I think would be really useful.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be absolutely wonderful if there was a way that you could select plugin(s), adjust controls in the selected plugin(s), then still have the enable/disable plugin hotkey work without having to re-select the plugin(s).

For example I do a LOT of A/Bing two plugins by having both selected while one is off and one is on, then I hit my enable/disable plugin hotkey and it swaps which one is on. Only problem is that when you adjust something on a plugin window, it takes away the ability for the hotkey to work and you have to re-select both plugins again (even though they are still highlighted on the track).

Hi I'd like an additional track mute that doesn't mute the Aux send on that track.
When using parallel compression or a parallel reverb track I need a way of muting the source track without cutting the aux send to the bus? If the aux send is earlier in the chain than the volume/pan plug-in then I can turn the volume down on the source track without affecting the aux send but I don’t want to have to touch my levels if possible. If I solo the parallel channel it switches the source off, if I mute the source it stops sending to the aux.
Turning down the source completely is the only fix I have and it’s not ideal.
Maybe an additional standard mute plugin? Preferably one that can be used in both the mixer and standard track state.
Alternatively an additional solo for tracks who's source is an aux send. It that keeps the aux send source but mutes that source's output so you only hear the tracks that has the aux return. Make sense?

Cheers,
Stu

Thank you very much for "MIDI type"
I want option settings, that is always available even if don't have a keyboard screen selected.

If there is a send after the plugin its sound could still be reaching another track.
