Is there a Micro Edit function for performing slight adjustments to the sequencer?

How do you mean? Please elaborate.

I'll try...
Basically, microedit displays a list of all events for the selected track. So, it displays note number, note on/off, note length, pitch bend, MIDI CC adjustments, program changes, etc.

This list is also editable via selecting a specific item, for example, select the note length to increase/decrease the length of that note.
Or, select the note number to change the pitch of that note. Perhaps this specific item has easier ways to edit it though.
etc...

But some items like note length and position don't seem to have an easy way to change them, unless I miss something?

Damn! Sorry, I just checked the 'EDIT' window, and right clicked then noticed the List Editor that allows me to do what I wanted.
Thanks for the response and apologies for wasting your time!

Thanks, Mulab is different from what I am used to, but easy once you know where stuff is.
Is there maybe some how you could create a built in index of features to allow easy finding?
Not a manual, just a basic index.

The functions are pretty much listed in the key binding set up dialog. Of course, not everything can be bound to a key press - but most things available via right-click on an object can.

Open MuLab, click the "MuLab" menu, click "Manage Shortcuts", click "Add", click the "Function" box. That gets the full listing grouped by where they can be used.
