Once it's released there will be a whole new generation of humansShiek927 wrote:Excited to hear you guys are still chipping away at Zebra3. It'll be a whole new generation once it's released

Nope, but the .wav loader works nicely. But as I said elsewhere, my focus is curve based editing... no wav import for that anywaydavid.beholder wrote:Have you designed [import wave] button already?

Good question, would it be possible to import wave and then edit it in curve editor? And i don't mean spectro bur waveform?Urs wrote:Nope, but the .wav loader works nicely. Even internal beta testers aren't happy yet since internal beta testing still didn't start. So you're in for some more waiting.

Sure you'll be able to import and edit. I'm not sure if converting a wavetable (sample based) to a curve (spline based) is doable though. Maybe for a hull/envelope type of thing.david.beholder wrote:Good question, would it be possible to import wave and then edit it in curve editor? Sad to hear repro-5 is still not even in internal beta... More now that we know its done since several week but not released just because its tied to the new preset browser release...
But, with that in mind, the sad news encouraged me to try PIZmidi Midipolyphony ad load 5 instances of repro-5 for a poly pro-1. I also hooked the professor controller so I can edit the 5 instances simultaneously and have acces to almost all parameters (URS woul be great to have a kind of "midi scaling" or processing for external midi signals inside Repro, so Ie. using the professor switches (two positions, on/off) for controlling a 3-pos switch (Wheel,-off-direct) coul switch wh-off or direct-off instead of wheel-direct)
WOW!! I set the oscs to P5 for that extreme PWM from the Prophet-5 and also I adjusted and locked a minor difference in osc fine tune trimmers for each repro-1 instance (voice). Incredible!
the 5 repros in HQ takes about just 30% CPU wich is nice. Now just need a way to change presets in all repro instances at once. I see I can´t map to MIDI the back-next arrows and it can´t respond to MIDI bank/program change
Any ideas??
