akai apc40 mk2 script (skei)

here's an early version of the script i'm currently writing for the akai apc40 mk2, mainly for live/performance use.. i might 'backport' it to tw of my other akai controllers, apc key 25 and apc mini, but i'll see..

updates:

* scene names can have special codes for color, tempo and time signature.. when triggering the scenes, the tempo/timesig will be set.. the colors will be used in an upcoming 'scene overview' page..

* i noticed that i was changing mode/page a lot more than i was triggering scenes, so the main page-selector is now always visible/active, and i now have to press 'shift' plus the 'scene launch' button to launch scenes..

* the two rows of 'clip stop' and 'track select' buttons have another set of user controls (momentary buttons) when pressing/holding the 'bank' button..

* changed some colors to better indicate different modes and pages..

* perform page has an additional toggle button for the 'remember/restore parameters' thing.. plus i already added three new buttons for a new feature i'm testing (multiple 'banks' of saved parameters, parameter morphing)..

* added code for 'scaled' takeover mode for the volume/master sliders, but it's not used yet.. will test 'pickup' mode too..

* pressing/holding the 'bank' button will pop up another page of mode-selectors (unused now, will be used later)

i want to clean up the code a little before i post the script, plus maybe add a couple of new features that is in the pipeline..

i've had that in my mind from the start while writing the script.. internally they all work pretty similar, but some reworking have to be done, since the two other controllers are a bit more limited in some places compared to the apc40.. but i might want to use a combinastion of them myself, so i will most probably do it..

just a quick/crap video to show two of the new features.. scene overview (40 scenes with user defined colors), and parameter morphing.. later i need to add a proper/better video showing all features.. but not now.. my son is here for the summer holidays, so there will be less computer focus for a week or two.
