I cannot get my head around routing to make this work can anyone point me in the right direction. Tal at MidiMood has been helpful and sent me these instructions
In order for Kameleono to work (in Arp mode for example) it must get pattern as sideChain in different MIDI ch than the Notes-In.
In order to do that in MuLab you can use the build-in "MIDI Channel Remapper" event processor module.
Then route ch-1 to ch-2 and connect it to Kameleono.
So Kameleono should have 2 events-in and one event-out.
event-in-1 (ch1) - for Note-In
event-in-2 (ch2) - for Pattern In
event-out - For Notes out
demo is here https://www.midimood.com/product/kameleono/
But, I'm unsure where/how to insert the remapper. In my attempts so far I have had feedback ( found I could do to get to the "PANIC" quicker) or nothing, no sound/activity. Any thoughts?

Kameleono has a single Event Input. You can see this clearly if you add it to the modular area in MuLab.
1. Start a new project
2. Add a rack
3. Add Kameleono in the first slot in the rack. Set "Main" to "On", set "Sequencer" to "Seq", set "Wrap" to "On"
4. Add an instrument in the second slot in the rack (if you don't want the built-in synth)
5. Add a track. Set the track target to the Kameleono rack (no need to be deeper). Set the track channel to 1. This holds your input notes - create a part.
6. Add a track. Set the track target to the Kameleono rack (no need to be deeper). Set the track channel to 2. This holds your sequencer notes - create a part.

Good to hear you got it working. Hopefully you'll get something more artistic than my example. I agree, we may as well get MuLab in the examples folder. I'm okay with that if Jo is.
