Hey guys,

I've set up Mmorph on my primary audio track through MXXX. I've set the secondary audio track's audio to, to sidechain into the primary track. When I launch MXXX (Mmorph), however, I don't seem to be getting a blend of the two audio tracks. I've tried multiple audio files. Am I missing a step?

Which DAW? A screenshot or several if necessary of settings in MMorph might help us try to help you.

Right click on morph (in the modular) and select the sidechain to 4.

Does a Morph plugin need to be inserted under the Sidechain in MXXX as well?

A screenshot of how you've set up things in MXXX might be useful. You've routed the sidechain to the sidechain input of the MXXX morph module and set it to "steal sidechain", right?

Seems about right. Sure the settings in the morph module are set to actually morph, or perhaps you've set it to only main or only sc signal? Or somewhere in-between, sort of a half morph? What are you hearing from the output, only one signal or a simple unmorphed mix?

I'm hearing mostly output from one signal. When I turn the main knob either way I hear mostly the main signal, none of the drum loop. I do hear the main signal being modulated a bit, but when I switch off the side-chain track in Ableton, delete or disable it, the modulation remains the same. So the modulation is definitely not coming from the side-chain track.

This preset works here. Drag through it all (Select All does not work) and paste it into a spare A...H slot in MXXX.

Apologies for being a noob. But where exactly do I paste that in? Is there a file I'm creating then loading that as a preset?

Bottom right of MXXX there are two buttons for copy and paste (they look like clipboards). Simply copy the text here and use the paste button in the plugin.

So I installed the standalone plugin version of Mmorph and that works. I will try the MXXX fix now.

EDIT: The code did not work for me unfortunately, I wonder why the standalone works, but in MXXX it doesn't.

if it did not work, it 'must' be Ableton Live.

Can you try in any other host?
