Q: Loudness. Peaks and RMS (User error)

Here are snapshots of two projects:

Project A:
(a1) In MLoudness Analyzer, it peaks at -14.6 dB,
(a2) with Short-Term and Integrated Loudnesses of -7.6 LU and -7.5 LU,
(a3) in Reaper, it peaks at -14.7 dB, with an averaged RMS level of -10.9 dB

Project B:
(a1) In MLoudness Analyzer, it peaks at -7.97 dB,
(a2) with Short-Term and Integrated Loudnesses of -1.7 LU and +0.7 LU,
(a3) in Reaper, it peaks at -27.2 dB, with an averaged RMS level of -21.6 dB

In both cases MLoudnessAnalyzer comes immediately before the Master track meter. Project B registers louder in MLA (and in other R-28 analyzers) but is quieter in Reaper.

What gives? I must have missed something basic.

Mathematically, is it even possible for a signal's integrated loudness (+0.7 LUFS) to be greater than its peak (-7.97 dBFS)? All rel: Project #2, (a1) and (a2).

Sorry guys, I've wasted your time.

All my fault - there was a hidden volume envelope on Project B's Master track, set at more or less -19 dB throughout. Quite how it got there I do not know - when I do use one, I display the Master track, with the Volume envelope, in the Arranger.
