Microphone does work mulabs

Hi! I've read several responses to try to fix this problem but I have mulabs 7 (the latest at this time) and I have a mic plugged into my computer but it's not registering in the mulabs program. I've tried going into the audio settings but the mic doesn't even show up as an input option for anything. The mic itself works perfectly fine and we've tested that it's connected to the computer, but how to set it up with the actual mulabs program is another beast.

What operating system are you using?

If you are using Windows, are you using an ASIO driver?

Yes I'm using windows but no I'm not using ASIO but I probably should be.. do I have to download the ASIO for all?

Depends on if your audio interface has a native driver or not. If you're using windows audio interface, then yes ASIO 4 All is your best choice.
