In analyse IR file in mturbo reverb is it possible to set a end time for impulse load ?

I notice it always load a complete impulse in and have 64 refelctions. the length can change but then the time of all 64 impulses is shorten or lengthen.
I think it is very usefull when there is a parameter that set the load time. when set parameter to 200 ms then only the first 200 ms of impulse are load in. this help to extract the early reflections of a impulse more easy. it is maybe usefull too when can choose load start time too. so can choose that impulse is load from 200 upto 400 ms. a start delay still can set. so can use several impulses (simular to wave sequencing) to avoid static sound or do some special effects can use

This isn't really what you're asking for, but just duplicate the IR file and trim it in a sample editor.

I know but this is lots work. I have many impulses also download from inet, and buy some. so to try it out how the early reflection sound together with late reverb is very usefull when it is possible to set a time Limit. also it is not clear how much of the early reflection need use to sound good. and then need in sample editor edit save and reload is too much more work

Sorry, you are really overusing the feature. I can see you are trying to use this to simulate convolution with the ER. This is NOT what it is designed for. It's only a speed up for ER extraction. It can NOT simulate convolution (I remember you asked about more ERs, so I need to repeat that
).

I do not want simulate convolution, the white noise is good enough as late reverb. For ER extraction it is usefull that there can only load 100-200 ms in and the 64 possible reflections are enough for 200 ms. and shorten all impulses by hand is lots work. i think it cost you not much time to add a load length parameter.
Other not like this feature, so it is better possible to extract the early part of a convolution file ?. I have no early reflection only impulse btw

Well, I'll think about it. In general I never needed that really, because the algorithm selects the most prominent ones anyways.

No Problem, if you and other think this feature not usefull, then need not add only for me, it is only a suggestion
