I made a quick video about Mautovolume and how I use it. I've had it for a while now, but I tried it before I bought it and at first I didn't understand it. Now I use it all the time(I use it on almost every video I make now). This isn't a very technical video, but it shows a quick basic set up and what it does. I thought it might be useful for those that are thinking of picking it up on sale now.

...nicely done (as usual)...I think this might be the most underrated/misunderstood plugin of all time...when I first tried it the results were disappointing/sucked...then I tried all the others I could find, mostly ok, but not enough control/etc...so, back to MAV and some paying attention "this time"...now I use it all the time/everywhere...go figure.../s~

Thanks, that was useful. I think MAV is lacking a good tutorial, or at least educational presets, to better show how powerful it is.

This is wonderful, thank you Chandlerhimself! I have tried for so long to love MAutovolume, and now I feel like I'm almost there. I backed off on using it when I noticed some sung vocals distortion, and I realized I didn't really know how to do much but just randomly twiddle knobs to see what happened. Not what I wanted to do with my vocals.

Man, if we had some musical vocal examples on how to use it, I could see giving it a go again. It would be very nice to move away from clip gain manipulation!

steve2KVR - Thanks. I had the same experience, so I decided to make this and show how to use it or at least how I use it.

pumafred - I agree. That's why I made this. I wanted to release it before the sale was over because I know people will be asking how to use it. Thabks for watching.

jmg8 - I actually live in Japan, so if you're from Europe it's a bit fat if you want to meet up. But if you have any ideas or want to do a collaboration let me know.

alexis1- Thank you. I was going to try to make a few more examples, but I wanted to get this out quickly, so I couldn't. Perhaps in the future I'll do another video going deeper and showing more musical examples.

I often prefer these kind of videos about these long complicated ones, which aren't using practical, real life examples.
