Please contact support before buying anything, buying at a higher price would complicate things where the full transaction would need to be refunded etc. Support can check into why the upgrade price is not showing correctly for you and get the issue rectified directly at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

Peter, would you be good enough to talk me over what to do as an Amplitube 4 Max owner, which includes SVX? I've just logged into Custom Shop and see SVX 2 but at 99 euros / 100 credits - shouldn't it be at half that for me? Many thanks.

It should show the correct price for which you qualify. I would recommend opening a ticket with support who can look at your account directly and figure out what's going on.

Just bought like the IK hound I am

I noticed that the cabs sound most excellent. I much enjoy the official 8x10. Much better than most of the "flat" sounding impulses out there. Does the sonic improvement from the newer cabs than say compared to the old school Amplitube V1 reflect more modern modeling technology? As good as the IK stuff is, it just keeps getting better and better

I upgraded from the Custom Shop application itself. It was only 50 IK credits and I had an abundance of leftover credits. Great deal imo.

Your post gave me hope but I'm not so lucky.

I want to upgrade within Custom Shop using my Grear Credits, but it doesn't offer that option. Only $99/100 Credits. This is so even though Custom Shop shows me owning SVX already as shown in this screenshot from Custom Shop —
