¿Does anybody know if Plugin Alliance is doing any special sale this month? They've been doing special sales and giving out vouchers every month for the entire 2017, yet this month I haven't yet received any promo email...

Did they not just have the Labor Day public holiday in the US (not sure if this is an extra day on Friday or Monday being in the UK)? If so, they'll probably post it today or thereabouts.

I have Waves SSL E Channel.
Do i need this one? :)
Are they different enough?
The main difference is the Q behavior.

E = Constant Q.
G = Variable Q, it varies dynamically based on how much gain you are using.

Also, E has some bell curves which the G lacks.

The answer to if you need it: Try the demo and see if you like the sound of its variable Q behavior.
Unfortunately, there is no demo..

This is an INSANE deal. Well, there's one less in stock now..
We have an Upgrade to Komplete 11 Ultimate left over from the recent half price sale.
Right now at that link they've got "Native Instruments Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Komplete 8 or 9 Ultimate" for $85.63. Seems it's worth checking back now and then.

I believe you could demo the whole SSL bundle.

Interesting how SSL E and G channel have both been on sale for $29 recently, yet it's $225 to renew my WUP for SSL 4000.

You were exactly right - the email is out now :) Some of the sale prices are still on the high side even with the voucher. I might upgrade EQ Rangers instead - or trade it.

I might save it for Spec Ops as that should be out within the next week or two, probably further discounted intro offer if you own any other UA plugs.

Got my PA voucher earlier today. Got most of the low hanging fruit already so we'll see whether I can be tempted into another purchase.

Uncle E, I bought KV331 Audio Synthmaster One crossgrade more than 7 hours ago and received a mail that says the license has to be manually generated and stuff. Any idea when I'll receive my license? Thanx!

This sounds really great until you realize you still have to pay the full upgrade cost to get to 11U, whether you are going from 8, 9 or 10. It is all the same.

If all you wanted was what was in the 10U upgrade, It is a great deal.
