I, honest to god, will lay down my life on the fact that I cannot do it. What file does MuLab create.
Also, if you read the help section on bandcamp, you would notice that it has to be FLAC, WAV, and maybe AIFF, but that is questionable.

Here you can find the answers to your questions about mulab / mux:
http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/
"You can mixdown to both an AIFF or WAVE audio file, independent of your platform; Just select the file type by using a proper file name extension. Otherwise it's the platform default: On OSX: AIFF file, on Windows: WAVE file. "

To be literal, I have tried about 15 times to upload a song for an album, and it comes up with the error that the file isn't supported.
So, help please.
So, help please.

No, you haven't, because my MiLan doesn't appear to be fuctioning, like it should be, and isn't producing AIFF.

Can you say why you think MuLab is not producing AIFF files? Please list the steps you take and how you show that the file is not produced.
The steps need to be clear, precise and unambiguous. If anyone is to help you, you need to make it possible. Assume nothing.

Okay, I believe this will make it clear.
1. I open a new song file
2. I fill out the new song file as much as i think is a complete song, and then save without the repeat on.
3. I save this file to my compute
4. I return to the file to listen and add.
5. Once finished adding, I save again.
6. I proceed to Bandcamp
7. I open up my page.
8. I click "upload album"
9. I search for the file on my computer
10. I click the audio file
11. I get an error message, saying the file is the incorrect file type.
12. I delete and try again
13. I get the same error message again.
14. I repeat steps 10-13 about 5 more times.
15. I got to Bandcamp support
16. I attempt some of the troubleshooting options, like downloading and using Google Crome, but not a system reboot.
17. Troubleshooting options fail.
18. I come to this forum, and ask for help.
19. After a certain period of time, I message MuLab trying to discuss a possible reason to the problem at hand.
20. MuLab deletes my email
21. I get super pissed off.
22. Bandcamp refuses to respond after a month of waiting
23. I am now extremely pissed off.
24. I come back here and make this list.
There you have it.
Every. Damn. Thing. That has happened. Leading up to this. I'm losing all faith in MuLab, and am tempted to bad mouth them, because they are starting to look slightly incompetent.

You haven't listed anywhere that you do what you've been told to do to create the audio file.

Just looking at your time line list TheStoryteller as pljones; informs at around stage 5: you need to "export composition as an audio file" or "tracks as audio file". Its found under "project". If your just pointing bandcamp at files in your MuLab folder they are Muproject files and will return a "incorrect file type" message. Hope that helps.

Yes, this helps quite a bit, and for those who are asking, I was told to do everything I had done, except maybe mix the files. I have downloaded them, I have set them as finished, I have gone through all of the options given by MuLab itself. Now, back to you Heks. Can you explain how to fix the files I already have, or do I have to go through and do this to them, as this is something I have tried and could not get to work.heks wrote:Just looking at your time line list TheStoryteller as pljones; informs at around stage 5: you need to "export composition as an audio file" or "tracks as audio file".
